Professional Journey
I began my professional life, like so many, in hospitality: the launch of a life in service!
After entering UCLA Film School as one of only 15 candidates chosen worldwide, I graduated summa cum laude in 2002. My first post-film school job was as a videographer for the Los Angeles County Fire Department, followed by an opportunity to join the staff of a small, 10 person startup called Buzznet, a music and pop culture social media phenemenon that grew to be the fastest growing website on the planet, circa 2008. I supervised my own original video production studio, creating content that generated millions of hits and massive traffic.
In between I developed several businesses with various degrees of scale and impact, training and learning what created success in various market conditions from 2002 - 2023.
In 2017, I joined the staff of the University of Santa Monica to co-create an extraordinary online training that supported the legendary life mastery training developed over 35 years by Ron & Mary Hulnick. I graduated from USM with a Master’s Degree in Spiritual Psychology in 2016, and have multiple post-degree trainings and certifications, most notably in Consciousness, Health & Healing.
In addition to coaching, Shannon also is the CEO and Founder of One Field Live, supporting the coaching community with live and virtual events and online services. With One Field Global, Shannon creates a powerful cohort relationship that guides coaches, teachers, thought leaders and content creators through a customized journey to grow and expand their brand and create global impact.

Our journey towards considering a coaching relationship begins with a free exploratory conversation - or two. There is no hurry; our first opportunity is to create a space for us to explore. Our preliminary connections will be one of focused service, not enrollment. If and when it is clear to you that you are ready for an ongoing coaching relationship, we create a session that explores what that will look like, as a preliminary step before we decide together whether an ongoing coaching package will be offered.
